Privacy policy
What information is used, why it is needed and how to contact us about your data.
Who we are
GamesBestPrices operates gamesbestprices.com. Use contato@gamesbestprices.com or the contact page for privacy questions and personal data requests.
Account, purchase and support data
We use the information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting support, such as your name, email, contact details, order items and messages. Technical records such as IP address and browser data help operate the site and prevent abuse.
Comments and media
When comments are enabled, we collect the information in the comment form and technical records to detect spam. An anonymized email hash may be sent to Gravatar; after approval, the profile image is visible with the comment. Avoid uploading images containing embedded GPS location data.
Cookies and embedded content
Cookies can keep you signed in, maintain your cart and remember choices such as language and currency. Videos or other content embedded from another website may collect data according to that website’s own policies. Read the cookie policy and the provider’s information before interacting with embedded content.
Use and sharing
Information is used to manage accounts, process orders, provide delivery and support, protect the site and meet applicable obligations. Necessary data may be shared with the technical, communication and payment providers involved in these operations. A password reset email may include the requesting IP address.
Retention and access
Account information is stored in your profile and can be reviewed and edited, except for the username. Administrators can access the information needed to manage the site. Comments and their metadata may be retained to recognize follow-up comments. Purchase and technical records are kept for operational needs and applicable legal obligations.
Your data requests
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data through our contact channels. Some information may need to be retained for legal, administrative or security purposes. We may request enough information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
