Purchases and refunds

1. Before purchasing

Check the edition, platform, account access method, duration and system requirements before ordering. Ask GamesBestPrices if you need a particular feature or if any condition is unclear.

2. Confirmation and delivery

Your purchase is confirmed after payment approval. Delivery follows the method and timeframe stated in the offer. Keep access to the contact details provided with the order and follow the supplied activation instructions.

3. Access or activation problems

If access fails, the delivered item differs from the offer or delivery does not occur, send your order number and a description of the problem. Our team may request the error message or screenshots needed to investigate. Avoid exposing passwords or payment information.

4. Cancellation and consumer rights

Contact support to request a cancellation or refund. Delivery, downloading or activation does not automatically remove mandatory consumer rights. Where Brazilian consumer law applies, the right of withdrawal for online purchases follows Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, including the applicable 7-day period.

A valid cancellation or full refund ends the authorization to use the access associated with the purchase. Stop using it and follow the instructions for any technically possible revocation.

5. How to make a request

Email contact@gamesbestprices.com or use the contact page or WhatsApp at +55 27 99899-7596. Include your order number, purchase email and the request. Additional information is requested only when needed to identify the purchase or investigate the issue.

6. Refund processing

When a refund is due, it is requested through the original payment method whenever technically possible. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and method. Where the law requires a full refund, mandatory amounts are not reduced by administrative or payment processing fees.
